Two weeks ago we celebrated my Dad’s 60th birthday at a pretty sweet little boathouse banquet hall right on the water. I wanted to dress all fancy for the special occasion especially since my sister and I were hosting it for our dad. I threw on this blazer and tie look to keep things classy but since it was super hot that day I wore seasonally appropriate fabrics. The jacket is linen which is probably the lightest blazer I own and the tie is handmade from Japanese cotton in a bright summery madras pattern.

The picture below is of me and my dad at his party. I guess it’s clear where I get my style influence from…

Blazer - Uniqlo (Similar by J.Crew)

Shirt - Uniqlo (Similar by Gap)

Tie - Dolbeau

Pants - Levi’s

Shoes - To Boot New York (Similar via Saks)

Location - Mercer County Park Marina, NJ
