Spring Colors
We can’t say it enough, but we love wearing these colorful shades for spring and we’re glad to see them available at most stores this season. Though we wouldn’t typically pair this many different colors together in one outfit, these softer shades of bright color really go well together to create a fun and light, spring look. Now that winter is over, don’t be afraid to shed those darker neutrals in favor of something brighter. So just try it. (Feel like we should say YOLO somewhere in here…)

White Denim
White denim is an essential this spring. The weather’s getting warmer so it’s time to give your raw denim a rest and put on something fresh. If you’re feeling a bit hesitant to wear a pair of jeans this bright…don’t be. They’re a neutral so they’ll go with anything you already have in your closet. Typically white and navy is a classic combo so stick with that if you’re not feeling super adventurous - you can’t go wrong. As always, buy a pair with a slim fit and don’t be afraid to experiment with different looks. Roll them up and pair them with sneakers and a tee for a casual look or tuck in a button down and throw on some oxfords to dress them up. Whatever you do, just be careful around red wine and grass stains. Other than that, wear them as much as you want.

Retro Spring
Maybe it’s because Mad Men is returning for season 5 this Sunday but we couldn’t help but bust out a little vintage flair for this look. The 50’s style shirt is from our favorite vintage store, Another Man’s Treasure, right here in Jersey City. We rolled up the sleeves and did a high cuff with the pants for some extra personality and topped off the look with some clubmaster shades and a wool fedora. And let’s not forget the saddle shoes. The bright red color updates the look for a fresh take on this classic pair of shoes.
