Outfit: Pops Of Color For Men

Orange Fizz

Another day, another scorcher! I don’t even know how I managed to wear a blazer. Although I usually love bold prints and bright colors, sometimes a neutral palette with small accents of color is just enough to make a statement. I kept this look muted with shades of navy, white, and gray and then incorporated touches of orange from head to toe in my accessories. Just a simple way to add some flair to a pretty basic look.

In other news, the new apartment is coming along nicely. I’m selling some old furniture, packing up, and slowly but surely making my move to Manhattan! I’ll keep ya posted on Twitter and Instagram so be sure to follow me for updates. Stay cool everyone!

Outfit: Men’s Printed Short Sleeve Button Down Shirt

Red Hot

Oh haii heat wave! Just in case you didn’t hear, or if you’ve been holed up inside your air conditioned room, its effin hot out and it’s only gonna get worse. I mean temps in the 90’s for the next few days?! Kill me now.

With everything that’s been going on lately I’m gonna keep this post short and sweet. For the next two weeks I’ll be busy trying to pack up my old apartment while also trying to get the new apartment move-in ready. I’ll be posting some progress pics of my new east village studio makeover on my Instagram (@oh_anthonio) so check it out if you’re curious. Hint: lots of painting when on this weekend!

Anyway, I wore this outfit yesterday for my nephew’s baptism. I knew it was going to be hot as balls and that I’d be outside for the bar-be-que (how do you actually spell that??) so I kept it light and airy in some white pants and a short sleeve button down. Choosing a printed shirt was an intentional part of my sweat-free strategy because the print helps disguise the actual sweat spots down my back. See! Now you can literally be a hot mess without actually looking like it…
